Enhance patient care quality as a Clinical Resource Nurse with a focus on Anesthesia and ICU nursing. This role emphasizes clinical expertise and collaboration with diverse health disciplines.
Candidates must possess a minimum of three years’ experience in related clinical settings, specifically in Anesthesia or ICU nursing. A Bachelor of Nursing Degree is preferred, along with current CRNM registration and BCLS certification. Key responsibilities include leadership, establishment of IVs, and patient/family education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish IVs for patient care effectively
• Set up and interpret invasive monitoring systems
• Collaborate with health specialists for patient needs
• Lead and mentor nursing staff within clinical settings
• Educate patients and families on care procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of related ICU or Anesthesia nursing experience
• Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred
• Current CRNM registration and BCLS certification
• Robust critical thinking and interpersonal skills
• Must pass required background checks
