Working under the Site HR Supervisor, you'll deliver operational HR objectives at the energetic Island Gold District in Ontario. Your focus will include supporting employee relations, fostering engagement, and enhancing HR process delivery through data analysis and proactive communication. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as main contact for employee HR inquiries • Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions • Lead recruitment processes from start to finish • Address employee relations issues and conflict resolution • Provide coaching on performance management and engagement
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field • At least 4 years of HR experience in relevant areas • Robust knowledge of employment law and best practices • Excellent in communication and stakeholder management • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office
