Key Responsibilities: • Manage all housing maintenance and repair work orders • Prioritize urgent repair requests effectively • Schedule and assign tasks to maintenance teams • Track and monitor work order statuses • Develop and implement a housing inspection program
Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in residential maintenance or construction • 2 years of supervisory experience preferred • Solid organizational and scheduling abilities • Knowledge of residential construction systems • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
