Lead community outreach as the Ministry Partnerships and Church Engagement Manager with Focus on the Family Canada based in Langley, BC. Build and nurture relationships with churches and ministry leaders effectively.

In this full time, permanent role, you will enhance Focus on the Family Canada’s relationships with churches and ministry networks, promoting essential resources and supporting clergy through care initiatives. Your strategic direction will foster partnerships to strengthen community engagement and advance ministry impact across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop strategic partnerships with denominations and churches • Promote core ministry initiatives and resources for engagement • Represent Focus Canada at conferences and speaking events • Lead volunteer engagement through performance metrics • Manage organizational budgets and resources effectively

Requirements: • 3+ years of pastoral experience in a church setting • Bachelor’s degree from a Bible College or Seminary • Skills in public speaking and networking • Experience in ministry program development • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
