Canada, we believe exceptional product support is the foundation of customer success. We are seeking a highly motivated Mining Product Support Representative to support our mining customers at Mildred Lake.

What You Will Do

Manage product support business activities for assigned mining accounts.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Develop parts and component forecasts using customer and Finning data.

Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and RFQ/RFP responses.

Lead customer business review meetings and participate in planning meetings.

Execute Customer Value Agreements and contractual commitments.

Identify opportunities to grow parts and service market share.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in mining, heavy equipment, product support, sales, or account management.

Solid understanding of heavy equipment systems and maintenance practices.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.





Experience working with large mining customers and cross-functional teams.

Robust business acumen and forecasting capabilities.
