Control the overall pilot training structure and quality
Supervise and mentor Class 4 flight instructors
Oversee the appointment of ground instructors and their training




Manage training records and regulatory documentation
Engage with Transport Canada on flight training operations

Requirements:
Class 1 or Class 2 Flight Instructor Rating needed
Minimum of 2,000 hours in instructional flying
Explicit criminal record and positive aviation compliance
Proven leadership in an Approved Training Organization
