Reporting to the Superintendent - Processing, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing training programs for plant personnel. Engage with subject matter experts to develop materials that convey crucial operational techniques and safety measures effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Address and enforce safety protocols in operations

Requirements:
Diploma or degree in mineral processing or similar
Over 10 years of experience in operations
Training and instructional design experience preferred
