You'll ensure the safety of approximately 10 to 25 unionized employees, guide production cycles, and adapt shift plans to maximize resources and productivity. Flexibility across shifts, including overtime, is essential. Key Responsibilities:
Direct and motivate mine operations and production teams
Complete accurate shift logs and safety audits
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards
Collaborate with managers on workforce planning and production targets
Advocate for continuous improvement and effective change management Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Civil, Earth, or Electrical Engineering preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in mining or production supervision
