Lead Indigenous Trust Services at TD in Toronto, Ontario. This senior management role focuses on strategic leadership, risk governance, and collaboration with Indigenous communities across Canada. In this position, you will report to the AVP, Private Trust and specialize in advancing the Indigenous Trust Services (ITS) strategy.

Your responsibilities include fostering relationships with various teams, ensuring consistent service standards, and overseeing operational controls. It’s essential to build an effective pipeline of prospects while maintaining compliance with fiduciary and service standards. Key Responsibilities:
Drive the Wealth Strategy in alignment with enterprise goals
Support the ITS team nationally with best practices




Oversee risk management and governance of ITS files
Collaborate on business development and proposals
Strengthen community engagement through industry events

Requirements:
University education or equivalent experience
Experience in Indigenous communities preferred
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
Leadership experience with strategic execution abilities
Understanding of investment principles an asset
