Become a Community Lead Therapist with Monarch House, specializing in supporting clients with ASD and developmental challenges. This part time role focuses on hands-on therapy and evidence-based programming.
In this role, you will assist the Sr. Behaviour Consultant in implementing and overseeing ABA programs for both youth and adults. Responsibilities include preparing treatment sessions, collecting data, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure high-quality care. Evening sessions are required, ideally accommodating your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver treatment assessments in the community
• Implement and oversee programming with BCBA/RBA guidance
• Collect and manage client data and materials
• Maintain daily communication logs with family and staff
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for client programs
Requirements:
• Prior experience with individuals with complex needs
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques
• Valid driver's license and dependable transport
• Evening availability for assigned shifts
• Authorization to work in Canada
