As a Services Lead, you will be supporting all departments on the sales floor within a specific Sephora location. Departments include Skincare, Sephora Collection and Fragrance. In this role you will ensure the team executes Sephora’s selling model and delivers outstanding client service to achieve and exceed company objectives.

Responsibilities

- Sales Experience – Ensure all Beauty Advisors properly execute Sephora’s selling model and stay aware of the store’s sales performance and opportunities, aligning the department team with goals.
- Visual Merchandising – Support the Operations team by ensuring that all merchandising concepts and visuals on the sales floor meet company standards, keeping the look and feel at the highest levels and executing animations and updates as needed.
- Client Engagement – Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with staff and clients on‑stage whenever possible.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit – Demonstrate a strong understanding of sales performance and business opportunities, ensuring proper zoning on stage and adjusting staffing levels to meet client expectations.




- Talent Champion – Participate in the interviewing process for the World team as needed.

Qualifications

- One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong client service skills.
- Effective time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
