As a Life Enrichment Worker, you’ll play a crucial role in our community by developing and leading activities that cater to the physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents. You'll assess individual care requirements and assist residents in participating in enriching experiences while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute group programs and special events
• Develop individualized care plans for residents
• Assist residents in attending programs and activities




• Maintain documentation accurately and timely
• Support therapy programs to enhance mobility and quality of life
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in relevant fields
• Experience in long-term care recreation preferred
• Certification in First Aid and CPR required
• Computer skills, including care planning software
• Vulnerable Sector Screening within the last 6 months
