In this role on the Strategic Communications team, you will be instrumental in executing advocacy communications that align with CCS’s organizational priorities. Reporting to the Senior Communications Manager, you will develop engaging content and work collaboratively with various teams to enhance CCS's advocacy impact across Canada. Strong project management and media relations skills are essential for driving effective communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement tailored communications strategies
• Liaise with stakeholders to produce engaging materials




• Translate advocacy initiatives into accessible content
• Manage media relations to enhance advocacy visibility
• Support organizational storytelling efforts in fundraising
Requirements:
• Degree in communications or a related field
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in advocacy communications
• Detail-oriented with robust editorial skills
• Familiarity with government and advocacy processes
• Bilingualism (French/English) highly valued
