The Sales Leader plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction while driving sales and maintaining high standards in store operations. This part-time position offers 15-32 hours weekly, where you'll be responsible for training staff, tracking sales KPIs, and implementing marketing campaigns. Your leadership will be essential as we expand in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist customers with product insights
• Ensure accurate transactions via the point-of-sale
• Supervise visual merchandising efforts within the store




• Review sales targets and compliance with regulations
• Support and train new hires in product knowledge and sales techniques
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of retail sales experience necessary
• Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
• Strong problem-solving aptitude
• Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• High School diploma or equivalent and proficient English skills
