Join RBC as an Actuarial Associate focused on IFRS 17 reporting in Mississauga, Canada. You will support actuarial financial reporting and risk management for international product lines.

This full time role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science or a relevant field, coupled with a minimum of 2 years of actuarial experience. You will perform detailed analysis explaining earnings and movements in contract assets. Supporting risk management assessments and contributing to actuarial projects will also be key.

Key Responsibilities: • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual actuarial reporting • Analyze earnings by source and insurance contract movements • Conduct hedge effectiveness tests and ALM assessments • Update in-force extract data and annual experience studies • Assist with various actuarial projects as needed

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree majoring in Actuarial Science or relevant field • ASA/ACIA designation or near ASA • Minimum 2 years of actuarial experience • Experience with Moody’s AXIS system • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
