Your responsibilities will include conducting health assessments, administering medications, and developing care plans tailored to residents' needs. In addition, you'll actively participate in team communication and quality assurance measures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care focused on health and safety
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with legislation
• Oversee medication administration and monitor resident health
• Provide training and performance oversight for nursing staff
• Foster communication between healthcare specialists
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Solid clinical knowledge and supervisory skills
• Experience in Long-Term Care is advantageous
• Skills in communication, critical thinking, and care coordination
• Commitment to ongoing education and training
