We're looking for an experienced Functional QA Analyst with robust Manual Testing expertise and hands-on experience in POS (Point of Sale) systems within the Restaurant, QSR, or Retail industry.
Key Skills
Manual Functional & End-to-End Testing
POS Testing (Oracle Micros, Oracle POS, NCR POS or similar)
Restaurant/QSR & Retail Domain
Menu Configuration, Pricing, Promotions & Discounts
Loyalty Programs & Customer-Facing Applications
Test Planning, Test Case Design & Defect Management
Restaurant Operations & Business Workflow Testing
API Testing (Preferred)
Basic exposure to Playwright, Cypress, or Appium is a plus
We're seeking a business-focused QA skilled who can independently drive functional testing and has a robust understanding of restaurant operations and POS ecosystems. Automation knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory.
