Step into the role of Bilingual Learning Development Specialist at Aviso for a 14-month project. Your mission will be to design and facilitate impactful training programs.
In this position, you'll join the Business Management team under the guidance of the Director of Training & Development. You'll design learning initiatives that support the SOCON teams, focusing on areas such as customer service and operational procedures. Collaboration and commitment to service excellence are essential in achieving desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct training needs assessments and develop training strategies
• Create learning materials and user-friendly guides
• Facilitate engaging training sessions, both online and offline
• Support recent employee onboarding processes
• Evaluate and enhance training programs based on feedback
Requirements:
• Degree in Learning & Development or similar
• 3+ years of relevant training experience
• Fluent in English and French
• Familiarity with adult learning concepts
• Robust communication and detail-oriented skills
