Role: Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Audiologist or HIS to join our Eglinton Square Clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a clinic while delivering meaningful, patient‑centered care.
What You’ll Do
Build strong, lasting relationships with patients from initial consultation through ongoing care
Assess, diagnose, and treat hearing concerns using the best technology and techniques
Dispense and fit hearing aids, providing tailored solutions to meet individual needs
Deliver exceptional counselling and follow‑up care to support long‑term outcomes
Manage clinic operations with a focus on quality care and patient satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills
Master’s Degree in Audiology or HIS Certification
Licensed with CASLPO/AHIP and registered with ADP
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to clearly explain and tailor recommendations to patient needs
High attention to detail with strong analytical and follow‑through skills
Patient‑focused approach with empathy, active listening, and professionalism
Robust influencing skills to guide patients toward the best outcomes
Accountable, organized, and results‑oriented
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic workplace
Compensation
$70,000 - $110,000 base salary + industry‑leading incentives
