Position Summary
Worley Canada Construction is seeking CWB Level 1 and Level 2 Quality Control Inspectors to join the Quality team at the BHP Project in Jansen, Saskatchewan. The role supports day and night shifts, ensuring compliance with client and code requirements across field and shop sites.

Responsibilities
Witness pump installations and alignments.
Ensure code and client fabrication, PWHT and NDE requirements are implemented and completed at shop and field sites.
Use QDMS for data entry and maintain documentation (reports, logs, test packages, certificates, DE, turnover documentation).
Perform visual inspections of welds and issue weld procedures.
Populate FIWPs with weld maps, torque maps and ITPs.
Record and verify heat numbers from material being welded.
Support implementation of CAR, NCR required from audit findings.
Review ITPs, weld mapping, hydro‑testing procedures and build hydro test packages.
Finalise pressure test packages.
Build walk‑down packages for inspections.
Maintain quality documentation and programs, update QC files and drawings with current revisions.
Create and review inspections and test plans.
Read ISO/engineered drawings and use Bluebeam.
Understand welding processes, NDE processes, codes, jurisdictional requirements and dimensional inspection techniques.
Industrial oil & gas mechanical construction quality control experience.
Knowledge of NDE processes, ASME codes and provincial regulations.
