Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will play an key role in maintaining the facility's infrastructure and production equipment. The ideal candidate is technically skilled and can tackle challenges independently or as part of a team. This position combines both maintenance duties and support for continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and pneumatic systems
• Maintain production equipment and facility premises




• Manage outdoor maintenance including snow removal
• Coordinate with contractors for maintenance projects

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years maintenance experience with a High School diploma
• Proven track record in a manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of pneumatic and electrical systems
• Proficient in using tools and maintenance documentation
• Valid driver's license and physical capability to lift
