As a planner, you will ensure that restaurants receive consistent support while managing inventory and order flow. This position necessitates effective communication skills, customer relationship management, and the ability to troubleshoot order issues within established systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage ongoing communication with designated restaurants
• Address order-related concerns and manage ticket resolutions
• Support onboarding of restaurants into systems effectively




• Monitor shortages and adjust orders as necessary
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service delivery

Requirements:
• University degree and bilingual in French & English
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supply planning
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications; advanced Excel is a plus
• Familiar with demand and supply planning systems
• Robust organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
