Join Dream Office REIT as an Experienced Building Operator in Toronto's Distillery District. You will be responsible for proactive maintenance and tenant support, with a focus on excellent service delivery.

Dream Office REIT is looking for a self-motivated Building Operator with at least three years of relevant experience. In this role, you’ll manage HVAC and plumbing maintenance, oversee safety protocols, and ensure that all tenant service calls are addressed promptly. Your solid problem-solving skills will help maintain optimal building operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC and plumbing
• Respond to and resolve tenant service inquiries
• Ensure the overall safety and cleanliness of the property




• Operate building automation and security systems
• Coordinate with contractors for compliance and services

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in building maintenance
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Knowledge of safety codes, fire codes, and WHMIS
• Completed/enrolled in BES Operator Class I & II
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
