T2 Systems is seeking a Software Delivery Technical Lead to provide hands-on leadership in enterprise application delivery, focusing on both design and mentorship. Drive engineering quality and project success effectively.
In this role, you'll spend a majority of your time focused on solution design and execution while also mentoring and developing engineers. Your responsibilities will cover establishing engineering standards and maintaining quality across team outputs, pivotal for successful software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct implementation and design of enterprise features
• Convert business requirements into scalable designs
• Manage full software development lifecycle for projects
• Ensure compliance with engineering and architecture standards
• Oversee troubleshooting for complex production issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years in Java development
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role with mentoring
• Experience with microservices and REST API design
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Azure
