We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in catering, serving, and hospitality within a agile workplace.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and seat them in the order in which they arrive;
Familiarize customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested;
Take customer orders and relay them accurately to relevant team members;
Serve food and beverages;
Transparent, properly clean and set tables between uses;
Collect payment from customers in a timely manner;
Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate and enjoyable dining experiences;
Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor -Can work at night shift (Day shift starts at 10:00 am & Night shift ends at 2:00 am)
