Compensation
The salary range for this position is $80,200 to $130,200. Base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. Eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs.

Ensure continuity and uphold our standards of excellence following the departure of a valued team member. Manage, develop, retain and mentor junior tax professionals.

Required Skills

Experience in a small or mid-size accounting firm

A proven leader with solid business development and entrepreneurial skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple assignments in an organized manner

An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning recent tools and adapting how you work

A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard

Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills

The successful candidate must be proficient in English, in addition to French, as they will be required to support or collaborate with English‑speaking clients, colleagues and stakeholders as part of their employment at PwC Canada.
