This position emphasizes holistic care, empowering patients through multidisciplinary support including mental health, nutrition, and rehabilitation. You'll work closely with a diverse team, ensuring that each patient feels valued, safe, and respected in accessing healthcare. Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and administer treatment plans for patients
Provide follow-up care in a shared practice setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
Engage in clinically related teaching and research
Support access to social service resources

Requirements:
Full/Provisional CPSBC License
CMPA membership required
CCFP designation or eligibility mandatory
Experience with marginalized populations is an asset
Willingness to obtain Opiate Agonist Treatment exemption
