Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor budgets and forecast for potential financial gains
• Provide direction and leadership for all project tasks

• Manage in office equipment and supply availability
• Inspect tools and notify management for any required service

Requirements:
• Journeyman trade certification or equivalent experience
• Ten years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction
• Technical diploma or Gold Seal certification preferred
• Completion of CSTS20 training
• Robust leadership and organizational skills
