Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and support Heavy Duty Mechanics daily
• Oversee scheduled and emergency maintenance activities
• Conduct and confirm equipment inspections as per standards
• Assist in fault diagnosis and repairs of machinery
• Maintain detailed equipment and maintenance documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role in maintenance
• Red Seal or equivalent certification as a Heavy Duty Mechanic
• Knowledge of parts and servicing for major equipment
• Solid independence coupled with team-focused leadership
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a positive abstract
