AI Automation Associate at AlgaeCal. You’ll learn how to identify high‑impact automation opportunities, build AI agents, improve workflows, measure impact, and navigate governance and data risk while working on real projects that save time and reduce manual work.
Responsibilities
Identify high‑impact automation opportunities across the business.
Build and deploy practical AI agents using low‑code and no‑code tools.
Integrate AI solutions into existing workflows to save time and reduce manual work.
Engage with operational teams to translate business needs into transparent, executable workflows.
Design and maintain a transformation dashboard tracking hours saved, efficiency gains, and operational improvements.
Troubleshoot and refine AI agents, prompts, and workflows.
Collaborate on data governance, privacy, and risk management related to AI systems.
Research and evaluate new AI tools based on ROI and business fit.
Qualifications
Experience experimenting with AI tools (OpenAI APIs, Claude, vector databases, RAG, orchestration frameworks) and building automations with tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n.
Familiarity with low‑code/no‑code AI implementation and prompt engineering.
Solid problem‑solving skills and ability to navigate both technical systems and human workflows.
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to investigate failures and implement improvements.
Excellent written communication, able to articulate complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
