Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and organizing materials
Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools around the site
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the work area
Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment
Perform general labor tasks as directed by supervisors to keep projects on schedule
Read Blueprints: Study architectural plans to get exact measurements and layout designs.
Measure and Cut: Use saws and tape measures to cut wood, metal studs, or engineered lumber.
Build Floors: Install subfloors and floor joists directly onto a completed foundation.




Raise Walls: Construct wall frames flat on the ground and lift them into place.
Set Roofs: Put up roof trusses and rafters to support the upper structure

Skills
Robust physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods outdoors in all types of weather
Positive communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project needs
Use heavy tools like nail guns, circular saws, levels, and hammers.
Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required
Valid driver’s license is advantageous for transporting materials or equipment

Certifications
First Aid (Not required but a plus)
CSTS
Fall Protection

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour

Construction: 1 year (preferred)
