This role focuses on hiring, training, compliance, and patient safety while building a high-performing pharmacy team. You will manage workflows and ensure operational excellence, fostering a team-oriented team culture and continuous improvement in patient care. Key Responsibilities:
Support hiring, scheduling, and performance management
Oversee onboarding and team development processes
Manage compliance with federal and provincial regulations
Step in as pharmacist-in-charge when needed
Supervise prescription preparation and dispensing accuracy Requirements:
Part A licensed pharmacist with Ontario College of Pharmacists
5+ years of pharmacy experience; leadership preferred
