Drive innovation in automotive assembly with Magna in St. Thomas, Ontario. Seeking a skilled Engineer to oversee stamping process improvements in this full time role.

As an Engineer focused on assembly processes, you will work within a agile team to manage complex projects from design to execution. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed reports, enhancing production efficiency, and fostering collaboration across wide-ranging departments to improve plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project management for assembly and stamping processes
• Prepare essential engineering documentation and reports
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve productivity




• Participate actively in design and process reviews
• Lead initiatives for continuous process improvement

Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
• At least 5 years’ experience in stamping technology
• Solid understanding of APQP, CAD, and GD&T;
• Solid project management and negotiation skills
• Experience with press equipment and die workings preferred
