This role will involve collaborating under the direction of the School Principal to implement Individual Education Plans for students with varying needs. You will work in a versatile capacity across multiple geographical areas, delivering support both inside and outside the classroom. By engaging with students directly, you'll help them develop crucial life skills and improve their educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with school teams to provide emotional and academic support
• Guide students in goal setting and behavior monitoring




• Implement and support educational programs for growth
• Assist in conflict resolution and adaptive management strategies
• Participate in ongoing training and team-oriented planning meetings

Requirements:
• Community college diploma in related fields
• Minimum 3 years experience in child/youth support
• Updated crisis intervention training certification
• Current first aid and CPR qualifications
• Ability to travel between schools
