Security Technician

The Role

Troubleshoot and repair of a wide variety of security equipment such as alarm systems, CCTV, access control, intercoms, gates, and computer networks

Install current systems and upgrades with accuracy to meet client needs and expectations

Uphold company and industry standards for quality and within recognized guidelines

Resolve client concerns and provide exceptional customer service, making recommendations where appropriate to ensure optimal system function

Maintain accurate service records, including detailed notes and inventory

Work at heights on ladders and lifts, in attics and crawl spaces, as well as lift 50+ lbs

Ability to work safely in a construction site environment is a must





Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the security industry, with in-depth knowledge of IP Cameras, access Control and Intrusion systems

Ability to troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install equipment is required

Comfort with working at heights on ladders and lifts, in attics and crawl spaces, as well as to lift 50+ lbs

Ability to work safely in a construction site environment is a must

High degree of accuracy and thoroughness

Robust organizational skills

Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal

Motivated self-starter and effective team player

Must have a clean criminal record, and a valid Driver's license

Advantages
