Role Description The Exterior Renovations Crew role is a full-time, in office position located in Surrey, BC. Team members are responsible for assisting with exterior renovation projects, including demolition, preparation, and installation of materials such as siding, trim, and exterior finishes.

Daily tasks may include operating basic hand and power tools, loading and unloading materials, maintaining clean and protected work areas, and supporting more experienced crew members as directed. The role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, following safety procedures,



and collaborating with supervisors and coworkers to complete projects on schedule and to quality standards. Crew members are expected to arrive on time, follow instructions, and contribute to a respectful and inclusive jobsite culture.

Qualifications
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, climbing, and working on ladders or scaffolding for extended periods.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment, with willingness to learn proper use and maintenance.
Understanding of, or willingness to learn, workplace safety practices and regulations applicable to construction sites.
Strong reliability, time management, and ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
Previous exterior construction or renovation experience is an asset but not required; on-the-job training may be provided.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the Surrey, BC worksite are preferred.
Eligibility to work in Canada and ability to communicate effectively in English on the jobsite.
