Glen Arbour Golf Course is searching for an experienced Golf Course Superintendent to elevate course maintenance and conditioning. In this leadership role, you will oversee essential golf course operations, including agronomic programs, irrigation, equipment maintenance, and budget management.

Manage golf course maintenance operations and agronomy programs
Develop seasonal maintenance schedules for minimal disruption
Oversee irrigation systems and environmental conditions
Direct equipment maintenance and vendor coordination
Recruit and train maintenance staff to ensure safety compliance Requirements:
Degree in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, or Horticulture
Minimum 5 years of progressive golf course maintenance experience
Knowledge of turfgrass management and irrigation systems
Valid Nova Scotia Pesticide Applicator Licence
