Become the Director of Care at Extendicare, based in Sudbury, ON, and lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional resident-centered services. In this position, you will be responsible for guiding the care team in a long-term care home, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to Extendicare’s mission.

Lead the resident care team with explicit direction

Manage nursing department budgetary aspects

Requirements:
Bachelor's in Nursing; Master’s preferred
Valid RN registration in Ontario
Over 5 years of nursing experience with leadership
