As a key leader at Thrive Wealth, the Wealth Advice and Planning Manager will provide guidance and support to Wealth Specialists or Advisors. This full time and permanent role is centered around building capabilities while executing growth strategies and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will play an essential role in nurturing talent and achieving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop capability-focused Wealth Specialists and Advisors

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in wealth management or financial services
• Leadership experience with advisory teams preferred
• Relevant education in finance or business
• CFP or CIM designation needed
• Registration in Mutual Funds or Investment required
