About The Position

Process invoices, payments, expense claims, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

Support accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and payroll‑related activities.





Assist with month‑end reporting, audits, and the maintenance of accurate financial records.

Communicate with vendors, employees, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and discrepancies.

Requirements

1+ year of accounting experience.

Hands on AP experience.

Strong communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

ERP system knowledge.

Proven ability to work independently.

Strong sense of accountability and reliability.

Compensation

Salary range $60,000 - $62,000.

3 weeks vacation.
