Job Overview Ledcor is seeking a agile Scheduler with a solid background in infrastructure projects. The Scheduler will optimize schedules to ensure successful project delivery and support various projects within the True Blue team. Experience with TILOS (Time‑Location Gantt Chart) is highly valued.
Essential Responsibilities Prepare and distribute the schedule including any required updates.
Monitor and report on progress of work and any problems that affect the planned schedule.
Contribute to the development of working schedules for estimating as required, prior to proposal date, illustrating work sequence and contract time.
Maintain the master schedule for each project, record impacts of work performed or not performed, and handle resource loading, leveling, baselining, look‑aheads, and what‑if analysis.
Integrate information from all disciplines into an integrated schedule and report progress, including critical path and earned value.
Understand changes in sequence and paths of construction; provide input to discipline leads on priority work streams and timelines needed for completion dates.
Communicate schedule updates effectively by presenting targeted information in an appropriate format.
Interface with operations,



subcontractors, vendors, and owner to discuss impacts and resolve problems.
Develop corrective action plans and mitigation strategies based on schedule and critical path analysis.
Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience working on a rail project is an asset.
Engineering degree or technology diploma.
Thorough understanding of construction execution strategy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Primavera (P6), and TILOS.
Experience developing or maintaining resource‑loaded schedules.
Understanding of earned‑value measurement reporting.
Superior organizational and planning abilities.
