Lead our global Production Services team as the Engineering Manager at BHSI. Drive reliability and governance of our Claims technology systems on a worldwide scale. This position is pivotal for ensuring the robustness of BHSI’s Claims systems, including the Duck Creek platform, which serves clients across various regions.

You will manage incident and problem resolutions and work closely with business operations to deliver exceptional service, fostering a culture of ownership and improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Mentor and develop a global Production Services team

Requirements:
8–12+ years of experience leading production support teams
5+ years in managed roles within regulated sectors
Solid knowledge of cloud systems and support tools
Experience in managing high-impact incident responses
Effective communication with all organizational levels
