Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain payroll compliance frameworks • Lead internal monitoring and control assessments • Provide oversight for global payroll dashboard governance • Partner with key stakeholders for compliance reporting • Manage vacation accrual and forecasting processes
Requirements: • Over 5 years of payroll and compliance experience • Preferred Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation • Solid knowledge of payroll legislation and internal controls • Experience in audit evidence management and remediation • Skills in project management and stakeholder engagement
