TheBilingual Human Resources Generalist (HRG) acts as a strategic business partnerand works with senior leadership to support their designated core clients whichincludes: district management, store management and retail store employees. TheBilingual HRG will join an HR team focused on making a positive impact on thebusiness and our people through creating and developing process improvements,project implementation, and offering creative talent solutions.

Responsibilities

Partnerwith sales managers to develop and maintain positive employee relations,and an engaged workforce and to implement recent and cutting-edge HR solutions

Providehuman resource advice and consultation to retail employees and managementon all HR-related matters

Ensurecompliance with provincial and federal laws and regulations relating toemployment standards, human rights, privacy legislation, and employmentequity

Drivediversity, wellness, people analytics, and employee engagement initiatives

DeliverHR training and sharing of best practices

Workclosely with the Director, Human Resources on research, development, andmanagement of the performance review process

Identifyand implement process improvement opportunities

Actasa lead in the continuous development, delivery, and success of the focusedtraining, onboarding, and offboarding processes
