The Store Manager will take full ownership of store performance, people leadership, and customer experience. A Typical Day Manage daily store operations to maximise sales, inventory availability, and visual presentation.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Assistant Managers, Key Holders, and Store Associates.
Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards consistently.
Plan and manage work schedules in line with budgeted hours and business needs.
Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive in-store experience.




Large focus on inventory replenishment and merchandising.
Successful Candidates Will Have Demonstrate flexibility to work wide-ranging schedules including evenings and weekends.
