Your ability to oversee the commissioning of automated work cells, while coordinating with Project Management will be critical for success. Excellent communication and practical technical skills are vital in this rapid-paced role. Key Responsibilities:
Support and develop PLC & Robotics Programmers
Commission automation for various manufacturing processes
Collaborate with internal teams and Project Managers
Ensure all projects meet deadlines and requirements
Occasional travel within North America as necessary
Requirements:
Demonstrated success in a programming management role
Ability to initiate and drive solutions
Robust communication skills for team leadership
Technical expertise in robotics is a plus
Organizational skills for agile project environments
