Take the lead in transforming Banyan Software’s global people operations. This role emphasizes creating AI-driven systems to enhance HR processes and data analytics for better decision-making. As the Global Head of People Operations, you will design and implement strategies that integrate AI into core HR functions.

Partnering across departments, your expertise in handling HRIS, compensation programs, and people analytics will be crucial. You'll build the operational engine that empowers HRBP models, ensuring compliance and effective governance across our portfolio companies. Key Responsibilities:
Design AI-enabled HR systems and workflows
Oversee end-to-end people processes from hiring to offboarding
Implement global compensation governance programs
Support TA systems and candidate experience integration
Build high-performing teams with operational excellence

Requirements:
8–12 years in People Operations or HR globally
Experience with AI-driven HR processes
Robust background in compliance and policy management
Knowledge of data systems and workflows
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
