As a key member, you will manage projects from the proposal stage to report delivery, demonstrating your expertise in archaeological consulting. This role emphasizes coordination with clients, subcontractors, and Indigenous communities, fostering solid partnerships and effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project management from initiation to completion
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and client expectations
• Utilize MCM Past Portal for documentation and reporting




• Ensure compliance with health and safety in field activities
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and partners

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Archaeology, Anthropology, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in archaeological consulting
• Valid Ontario MCM Research or Skilled Archaeology licence
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with MCM Standards and field logistics
