As the Regional Environmental Manager, you will take charge of environmental compliance across Amazon sites, executing strategies that meet regulatory standards while supporting the company's operational goals. Your role will require collaboration with various teams, continuous improvement in environmental practices, and the management of a team dedicated to supporting compliance and environmental performance. This onsite position involves traveling up to 50% within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead environmental compliance initiatives and audits




• Develop procedural guidelines prioritized by regulatory needs
• Foster cooperative relationships to enhance environmental efforts
• Conduct risk assessments for operational impacts
• Oversee the implementation of Amazon’s environmental policies

Requirements:
• 6+ years of compliance or risk management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• 5+ years in project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Experience with lean principles preferred
