As a Sales & Leasing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our dealership, utilizing your sales expertise to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will possess 3 to 5 years of proven success in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. You will create compelling pitches, demonstrate vehicles, and maintain relationships through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sell vehicles to achieve volume and profit goals • Act as the primary liaison for customers during purchases • Create compelling sales pitches tailored to customer needs • Actively listen to clients' requirements for their vehicles • Conduct road tests to demonstrate vehicle features and performance
Requirements: • 3 to 5 years of successful sales experience • OMVIC license in valuable standing • Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems • Robust communication skills, both verbal and written • Clean driver's abstract and valid driver's license
